We build and train our own models on AWS SageMaker for clinical tasks like X-ray analysis and dental segmentation. For generative tasks, we use Amazon Bedrock (Claude and Titan). We do not use OpenAI or any third-party AI services — your data stays in your AWS region.
Yes. NexV includes workflow templates for common appointment types, and providers can customise note templates, procedure defaults, and scheduling rules. DSO customers on V-Sonic get white-label branding and cross-location workflow standardisation.

Yes. We have built import tooling for Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental. V-Sonic includes dedicated onboarding support for the migration. Most practices complete their migration in under three weeks.
Most single-practice migrations complete in two to three weeks. DSO migrations vary by location count but are typically completed within four to six weeks with our dedicated onboarding support.
No. Our migration process is non-destructive — we read from your existing system and import into NexV in parallel. Your old system remains fully operational until you choose to switch over.
NexV works with your existing payment terminal or card reader. We record payments in the ledger when your staff marks them complete. Optional Stripe Terminal integration is available for practices that want card-present processing built in.
Yes. NexV is built on AWS with full HIPAA compliance. All PHI is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every customer.
Patient data is stored in your AWS region — US East or US West for US customers, or ap-southeast-2 for Australian customers. Data never crosses regions without your explicit consent. NexV employees do not have access to your patient records.
SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress. AWS infrastructure (which hosts NexV) is SOC 2 certified. Contact our team for our current security documentation and BAA.
V-Pulse includes email support with a 24-hour response time. V-Sonic includes priority support with a 4-hour response time during business hours and dedicated Slack channel access.
Every plan includes onboarding sessions to get your team set up. V-Sonic customers get a dedicated onboarding specialist who works with your team through the full migration and go-live process.
